Jaandaw When is your final BT? Just take one day at a time and only give in to POAS if you can handle a response that you may not be prepared for.

Jessesgirl Hang in there. Embies can be very surprising and they can do unexpected things. Every cycle is different and they can be from one extreme to another. I have my fingers crossed that everything is going to be ok.

April78 Maybe I should have mentioned that yesterday when I had transfer. How are you going? Good luck for EPU tomorrow.

Fingerscrossed11 13 eggs that is great haul. Looks like you had a great fert rate aswell.

Infertileparent Sending you big Good luck for Wednesday. I hope you haven’t ovulated and that you cycle continues to a positive outcome.

Mrs Dolphin 5 eggs is a good number and 4 fertilised is great

Hope2487 ET went well BT is August 31. I hope they don’t cancel your cycle. Are you having a better day today?

Goldie77 You feel in control of your journey while you are doing something towards it.

FruitBowl Have your drugs arrived yet?

LittleFeet I hope you get a good night’s sleep soon.

A Big Kimberleygal1, KandP, Stc76, Wantababybump, Ivfnewbie, Lynley, Gstef, Eleash, PrincesssPud, Button21, Elkalemi, Tamandmarc and everyone else. I hope everyone is having a great day.

AFM the tww is not doing my head in just yet as I have the flu and I feel like ****. At least is is making me rest as I would have been really busy today.

Jessesgirl - you poor thing oh how you dread those phone calls. I hope your FS had some helpful insight and your embys speed up and get there act together. Feel free to rant & rage, this is not a fair journey by any means and it's normal and completely Fine with us for you to vent away.

Mrs Dolphin - yay 4 out of 4 mature is a great start! I have everything crossed they all continue nicely so you end up with some frostys! Go embys go!!!

Littlefeet- sucks about not getting a good sleep you poor thing. Lack of sleep turns me into a moody evil witch I hope your body corrects itself really soon! I can deal with the emotions, weight gain but lack of sleep would really put me over the edge

Samarasmum - sucks your still sick too! But forced rest is good in a way. Make sure your getting well looked after :-)

Goldie - the nurses (in my experience) are great at explaining what the plan is and asking questions. Go in armed with as many questions as you can think of and they'll explain it to you. That's soon are you excited/nervous? We originally thought we'd have a 4 week wait after my nurses app but as the dates worked out they sent me home to start jabbing that evening - I was a tad shell shocked but stopped me from over thinking.

I've had a much cheerier day today organizing a fundraiser for the World Food Program, was quite nice to focus some energy around others and not obsessing about IVF. My boss also came back from holidays so was asking about IVF and I'm just so lucky he's so understanding! Just taking it one day at a time, OPK showed no surge yet so will check again tomorrow and hope something's happening in there!

    Thinking of you all x

Hi everyone, I hope you are all coping with the different stages everyone is at. I had my appointment with the FS today to run through the process. My contraceptive pill finishes this Saturday, blood test next Tuesday then jabbing should commence next Wed/Thurs. All meds picked up & in the fridge ready to go!!! We were pretty shattered when Dr said they will only transfer 1 enby at a time as I'd love twins, but on the other hand, just one would be great too..

Hey Gstef!! I've had two FETs, for mine I test starting day11and they like my estrogen together up to 600 then they do daily blood tests until my LH surges then drops (and at that time your progesterone starts to climb) and that's how they know you ovulate. For me with day 5s they then count five days (so if I ovulate on Sunday go in on the Friday for ET. After ET some clinics use progesterone support and some don't I will for my next cycle, or this one if they don't cancel, as I start spotting less than a week after ET. And then bloods are usually 14 days after your transfer! My clinic thaw in the morning of the ET but some thaw the day before to give the embys a chance to develop further.

So long as you ovulate on time it's not too invasive and way less stressful on your body than stims! It does of course have its own worries and stresses but the most recent results from frozen cycles are almost as good as stims and is way less taxing on your body. I hope that answers your questions - I know some FETs are medicated beforehand to bring on ovulation or increase lining too.

Good luck with it all :-) how many do you have in the freezer? Xx

Good luck stc76 getting started I always feel good as I'm 'doing' something instead of waiting. I was a little disappointed when I found out my clinic only transfers 1 in under 38s no matter what - doesn't bother me so much now but when I get to my last two frostiness I hate the thought of one not thawing!, good luck with it all when you start next week!

Samarasmum- No! They didn't arrive! I was stressing out a little and once I called the clinic to ask them about it, they told me they were not even sent yet!! But no big deal as they should be here today... Pheeew! LOL. Little things seem so critical during the IVF rollercoaster! I am giving you so much in this TWW!! Sorry you feel down with the flu Maybe that is a good sign?? Not sure but have heard similar ramblings. Hope you can relax a little with some chicken soup!!

Hope- Wow! I bet you had fun with your fundraising event! Love fundraising! Hoping your OPK's show you something soon xxx I am doing antagonist IVF/ICSI cycle.

STC76- Hey!! We are so on the same cycle lol... my pill also finishes on Saturday (we also have to vote on Sat... bleh!) Blood test next monday and jabs on the Thurs/Fri.. Same clinic

Goldie- **hugs** Sorry to hear the sperm test didnt go so well.

Mrs Dolphin- YAY YAY YAY! 4 fertilised eggs is AWESOME!!

    Jessesgirl- **hugs** thinking of you.

Hello to everyone else! I hope you are all doing ok
    .

Sorry if I missed personals for you... just popped on here as I am running out the door! A little freak out yesterday though.... Due to our house guest my whole routine is out of whack... so about 2pm the realisation that I forgot my pill yesterday morning smacked me in the face!! Called the clinic and it is ok if I take it ASAP and then tomorrow as normal. So called house guest and he ran it up to work for me! Bless him! LOL.

Booked flights for EPU and ET yesterday, DH decided to take a little longer off work (which is nice) happy about that!

Hope everyone has a good day!
