I had a massive night out with DH when I was about 4 weeks (I had no idea I was pregnant!!) and it haunts me everyday...I stopped as soon as I found out I was PG and plan to breastfeed so won't have any until after that...the smell atm makes me want to be sick anyway..

I had a glass of red wine on my birthday was about 4 months along then,
Now his 2 weeks old and I'm not breast feeding so physically his getting nothing from me in any way and yet I feel guilty to have a glass of wine (iv always loved a glass or so lol) is that normal? Will I always feel like that? It's like I think his still getting something from me even though his not

I'm almost 32 weeks. Since I found out I was pregnant I've had a couple of sips of other peoples' drinks (to try something I haven't had before), and on one occasion I had a little bit of red wine with dinner (about 1/2 a standard drink).

I have felt like wine with dinner on more occasions, but not enough to bother with.

About a 10ml sip of red wine at church on Sundays. Nothing more.

Nothing from me! I had a couple of drinks a couple of times before I found out but now I am just not interested as I don't want to risk anything going wrong... Might be overly cautious but hey, each to their own!

I'm in exactly the same situation! Still feel so terrible about the drinks I had before I knew, but I was told not to worry too much, just so long as I kept away now
