When going out or having friends over for diner, I always have a glass of wine in my hands or near me. I might have a max of 4-5 tiny sips if we have a toast or they are watching (we're trying not to let them know we are UTD).
So prob 1/20th of a glass per week. I think it's close to 0.

I have drank in all of my pregnancies, only ever 1 drink in a sitting and occasionally.

No alcohol for me when I was UTD but I'm not much of a drinker anyway.

No alcohol, ever, when I'm pregnant or breastfeeding.

I'm not a big drinker and rarely drink anyway so it's not something I miss.
