    Default dairy free recipes/ideas??

    I went dairy free for a while last year and I found it easiest to stick to Asian foods. They naturally don't use dairy so you're not substituting with anything

    Breakfast - toast, eggs on toast, fruit and muesli, etc.
    Lunch - veggie soups, avocado and salad wraps, sushi
    Dinner - Asian style stirfries, noodle dishes, teriyaki chicken, or just meat and three veg type meals.

    You can look up a lot of vegan recipes which are dairy free - and meat free!
    We are vegan, so we have a wide variety of yummy foods....can you have soy milk? You can have porridge for breakfast, just make with water (add bit of soy milk if you like) and fruit. Lunches you can have wraps, sandwiches, use avocado or hummus instead of butter or substitute for nuttalex. Dinners - so many things, stirfrys, rissotto, paella, soups....
