    For tea maybe eggplant parmigana, lentil soup, vege chilli con carne, nachos
    Lunch : vege fritters, homemade baked beans
    Snacks: rice crackers with tomato salsa, fruit kebabs, fruit with yoghurt, homemade wedges.

    I make Anzac slice with coconut oil instead of butter.
    Dairy free apple muffins if you have eggs.
    Pasta or rice salad
    Couscous with roasted pumpkin and pine nuts
    Pasta with basil pesto (Galiko brand from fruit and veg section in woolies is dairy and nut free), with roasted cherry tomatoes
    Risotto
