    I do, I've read that you should use the lowest absorbency possible at all times as that is what may contribute to the problem, tampons absorb magnesium I think??? So high absorbency tampons deplete more of the things need to keep a vagina healthy.

    I don't. The 2 times I have tried to use them, I end up with severe nausea the whole time it is in (starts within 20mins) and for a few hours after it is removed

    My mother and sister also get the same reaction to tampons

    I do, all the time. The only time i use pads is when they are maternity style!

    Ive never even worn one. I tried once and it was horrible and I hate the whole process about applying them etc. So I only use pads and have forever. I'm used to them and don't hate them at all.
