For 15 years I have only used tampons 24/7. Going to use a cup after this baby.

Always. Never thought about it really as pads are just ew. Hate everything about them.

I have been told you can get blood poisoning but it has to be in like 12+ hours straight. (depending in flow). I have done it but since the mirena AF is like no more so I'm set

Yep always. I can never get any sleep with a pad on worrying about leaking etc.

I freak out if I've had one in for more than 4-5 hours, no way would I wear them overnight!

I read once on the literature provided in pack you should only wear them 6 hours max!

I have a very light flow tho (yay me!) wear regular size day one and a light
one next day and just panty liner third day - that's it!

Yep I have for the last 10 years and when I used to be able to sleep in later then 6 in the morning I would leave a tampon in for 10 hours overnight.

I do, have for years. I hate pads, have always been grossed out by them. I also only ever use tampax (or applicator tampons) the ones without applicators also gross me out lol.

I didn't realise so many people slept with tampons in! I always read you shouldn't leave them in more than 8 hrs so as i often sleep for 9hrs i wouldn't chance it. Might do now though as prefer them to pads cos of leaking etc.
