    Always, I wear them 24/7 during AF. I can't stand the leaky feeling with pads. My AF is weird at times, so I buy all 3 sizes and use whatever suits at the time.

    Before I got a menstral cup I'd used to occasionally wear tampons to bed - especially on the first really heavy flow day.

    Now that I have a cup I wear that to bed - its awesome and I've never leaked overnight.

    I had such a bad night with a pad last night.. Its such a pain rolling over and moving around..My period is so heavy and unless I double pad and add somw toilet paper I leak..
