    To JWM,
Thank you for your advise. I tried eating potato
as you suggested and it went well. So I've now added
another food to my small menu. Even though I can't stand
ginger, my Aunty brought me a bottle of real Ginger Beer
and I tasted ok surprisingly. I have a few sips of
it and it seems to settle my stomach a little.
    I'll try ANYTHING!
Its my Birthday Wednesday so anyone who asked
what I wanted I said an appointment with my
Chiropractor. I've got about 3 apps so far. I'm hoping
    this will help as well.

    To RmumR,
A few people have suggested antihistamines.
Im definatly going to ask my Dr about it.
Especialy if it's cheaper than the Zofran.
    Anything is worth a try.

    Nicki77,
thanks for your post. I hate Ginger, however my Aunty
brought me a bottle of Ginger Beer and to my surprise
it tasted ok. I have a few sips and it seems to settle my
tummy. Another one of the girls suggested potato, it
tasted ok and stayed down. So I'm eating that to now.
Ive got nuts and peppermints on my list to try also.

    To Rileyrose,
im praying for relief by 12-14 weeks. Atleast so I can
feel human again. I vomited every day for 21 weeks with
my daughter and then randomly until the very end. But
it was manageable. NOTHING like this. I don't think I
could feel like this for another 13wks.
At night when I can't sleep I put my hand on my
tummy & connect with baby. My Aunty said this will be
one good looking healthy baby after giving you all this
trouble, lol. I did Karate, Ran & weights before this pregnancy.
Ive lost all the muscle I had and I can only stomach
carbs. My body must be in complete shock.

    To Saremc,
10 Times! You poor thing. My Husband is Run off his feet trying to do
EVERYTHING! My Aunty does what she can around her work and daughter.
But I also live out of town that makes it harder for people to help to.
When I just don't want to drink anymore I suck on ice chips. I've found the more
tired I am the worse I feel. I'm just hoping this settles down so I can function
    normally.

I know it's not good in pregnancy but I found cold coke with ice in helped my belly sometimes too.

I know, I feel guilty drinking coke but it really helps with.nausea and has less caffiene than coffee. Frozen coke is awesome.too...

I am 10wks and not as bad as u are but this is my 3rd preg (10yr gap) and I have felt really crook. It started at 5 wks and wk 6,7 & 8 were the worst. I practically couldnt leave the lounge as it lasted all day and night. I had no relief. I have never had this before. Try not to let your stomach get empty as its worse. And green apples help if u can manage to eat and fruit tingles. Its now not as bad but I'm still not feeling well but I do get some relief. Hang in there they say it settles by 12 wks usually and I'm counting down! Hubby got me hydralyte and that helped a bit too.

Just been reading this thread to see if there is any advice. I'm ttc my 3rd. I had severe hyperemisis with my first 2 and actually have a fear of it now. Reading you ladies' posts I feel so sorry for you as I know how bad you are feeling. My mum used to say to me- while I was lying in bed with no energy from lack of eating/drinking- is there anything at all u fancy?? I just kept saying no, I couldn't even have a sip. Ended up in hospital with keytoson, was on drip and stemetil shots ( that worked while I was in hospital and I ate a meal!) but sick again as soon as I left.

I was in the uk then and was prescribed a mixture of cyclizine and stemitel- neither worked unfortunately but everyone is different and what didnt work for me may work for you.
