Sounds like all is going well for you.

I fell pregnant with DD3 while I had the Mirena IUD in. It was a total shock, so much so that I was 12 weeks pregnant before I realised! With the IUD in I didn't get my period, and to be honest it was the last thing on my mind!

The 2 weeks before I found out we had been on holiday, I had been eating all the wrong things, soft cheeses, salami & having a glass of wine or 2 most nights. I had noticed my pants were getting a bit tight, but just put it down to eating too much!

My Dr was very surprised, she said the chance of falling pregnant on the mirena is the same as the chance of falling pregnant after having your tubes tied. I was also taking the pill when I fell pregnant with DD1. Dr has since described me as "a super ovulator"!!!! (which has provided us with lots of jokes!)

Anyway DD3 is now 4 and a happy healthy little girl, developmentally she is doing fine, her behaviour is good and she shows no signs of being affected by our 2 week holiday!

Hope all continues to go well. Congratulations!!
