    Default Headache for 6 days

    Has this ever happened to anyone. I have had a headache since Saturday night. It woke me up and has been hanging around since. Today it's worse than yesterday. I just want to lie down and sleep.

    Yes. Turned out to be a pinched nerve in my case. I went to a physio and it was gone. Definitely worth getting it looked at.

    Yes for a week and then it went away and then came back. It was related to a trigger point in the top of my neck

    No caffeine has been stopped. I haven't changed anything in my diet.

    As a headache sufferer I would recommend that you;

    1. Have your blood pressure checked as it could be Unexpectedly be higher or lower than usual & that could cause severe headache.

    2. Drink more water, you may be slightly dehydrated.

    I hope your headache passes soon.

    Yes I went to the Osteo and I had heaps of tension in my neck. After 2 visits it was gone, but I try to go semi-regularly still to keep on top of it so it doesn't get that tight again.
