I normally get DS a cooked fish or a vegetarian roll but if we go out for dinner to our favourite sushi restaurant he'll eat sashimi like nobody's business! He'll eat more than I do, and I LOVE sushi!

I think it's the Japanese in him

Just about any fruit, I hide the fruit bowl sometimes.
Also sweet potato, carrots and pumpkin. Must be something about the orange, he inhales them.

DS absolutely loves salmon fillets. He will devour an entire fillet and want more. Cheese is also a huge hit

    My DS is the same!

He also loves olives (pitted!) & cherry tomatoes. He'd eat them both by the bucketload if I let him.

I just toast some spelt sourdough, butter it and allow to cool before spreading with raw organic honey. I use an old Masterfoods spice container for the cinnamon so only a small sprinkle comes out and then rub that in to the honey with the knife.

I only use a tiny amount of honey and wait until the toast is cooled first under the belief that honey becomes toxic when heated.
