    True but it will make your life easier.
    The guy sounds like a fruit loop and if you start going tto police and filing reports who knows how miserable he will make your DPs life.
    Its an offence but not the crime of the century.
    Think about the time, effort, the stress your going to go through.
    Im just saying that if it where me I would just get a PO box and move on its just not worth the energy. You really want your DP to get into a fight over it with him.
    Usually in these cases it ends up being one thing after another and before you know it is a big mess. Seriously save yourself the trouble.

    I agree about taking a pragmatic approach and just getting a PO Box, and save the hassle.

    It's like locking the car or having a house alarm or whatever. We shouldn't have to do it, but not everybody will follow the rules.

    put a new note in saying- smile for the camera! doesnt need to be a camera anywhere bu may be enough to scare him off if he thinks hes being filmed...
    OR get the PO to hold all mail and collect it straight from there
    OR tell him to look in the hardware store for the diff types of locks/latches there would have to be something suitable to secure it.
