Default 32 weeks with strong pains

I'm 32 pregnant with 3rd child. Past week I'm having very strong pains that much they hurt I can't speak and I'm crying in pain. I have had discharge. I'm still working full time 40hours a week.

Not sure Claire, it could be a number of things sweet. If you're in pain to the point where you can't speak please go and see your hospital

As the PP said it could be lots of things, no one can give you definite answers over the internet. You need to speak to your care provider ASAP.
