You're the absolute best Elijah's Mum! Thank you so much.

Here's the recipe. The colour is amazing with the white choc and red strawberries and cranberries.

    http://www.donnahay.com.au/menus/chr...rry-rocky-road

white chocolate and strawberry rocky road

    800g white chocolate, chopped
    2½ cups halved white marshmallows
1½ cups (195g) sweetened dried cranberries
    2 cups freeze-dried strawberries+
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and cook until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from the heat, add the marshmallow, cranberries and strawberries and stir until well combined. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 20cm x 30cm slice tin lined with non-stick baking paper and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until set. Cut into pieces to serve. Makes 25.
