Ds 19 months old goes to bed between 8-8:30 as he has a late arvo sleep usually from 2:30ish when we are in the car going to pick dd up from school!! He's tough to get to sleep during the day and will usually only go in the car ;(
Have tried soooo many times to get him down just after lunch but it never happens ;(

Dinner at 4.30pm and bed after that, do usually around 5pm or just before. She's 2 and that's been the routine from very early on.

She normally has between 1-2hrs nap at midday, and occasionally none.
