I was just going to post something similar!
Can anyone recommend an ob in rocky?? I've been told bout dr akash??
Dr Etherington if he is still there was amazing when I had my son 6 years ago could not recommend him highly enough
He was so good with us, when I had ds1 I had a lot of problems it seemed like every week I would go in and get more bad news but he was so good at explaining everything and very gentle so I didn't panic. In the end ds1 was born at 31 weeks and he made sure even after I was released from hospital that he came into the scu and checked on him and me everyday to see how we were even though he didn't have to. We saw him again 4 yrs later and he still remembered everything about us even our eldest child's name. I can really not speak highly enough if him.
Wow he sounds amazing! What was his management fees like? I know they would have changed a lot since then.
Honestly I can not for the life of me remember but I do know I never felt like they were unreasonable and I definitely got my money's worth
Thanks so much for the info! Really appreciate it.
Is he light hearted, casual etc I've been told hes pretty straight and narrow? This true?
He won't beat around the bush and will give it to you straight but he is very gentle and friendly and has a wonderful bedside manner. Honestly I was disappointed when I couldn't see him this pregnancy due to living so far away now but he referred me to a wonderful Dr in Mackay and DH and I have both said if we ever had another baby and both Dr's were in the same town it would be a tough decision who we would see lol
Awesome!! You have made my job harder!! Haha now I have no idea who to choose! Dh thinks maybe see both and decide?? Aghh!! First time parents! Haha
