    Default Motivational post-it notes!!

So a few years ago when I was trying to get off what I call the 'fatty bandwagon', I plastered my house in post-it notes with positive, motivational quotes and the like written on them. I know they really helped remind me at the time just why it was a good thing my legs were killing post cross trainer lol.

I'm now trying to get back off the fatty bandwagon...again and I'm sitting here with a sharpie and a stack of pink post-it's in front of me and can't think of a thing to put on them!

    Help?

I do this too!! If you are a member of pinterest search for fitness motivationals - heaps of them on there Cant remember any off the top of my head though. I often just write down what goal I am aiming for and stick it in places where I will see all the time like my purse, the fridge, pantry etc. Or write down rewards eg 5ks more til.......
