I did it again today Put DD in a tartan pinafore and wore a scarf of the same tartan myself

I'm going to have to stop buying her clothes that could possibly match anything in my wardrobe lol!

My mum and I do this all the time. We don't live together or anything, but we'll meet at the shops, or for coffee, or visit one another and realise we are wearing almost identical clothes.
DD2 will get very annoyed if anyone "copies her" when she gets dressed - none of us are allowed to wear even the same colour as her, and she will go change, even if we were dressed first. Or she will wake up in the morning and say "Mummy, you can't wear pink today. Pink is MY colour!" etc. She's a diva.

Yep, the other day I put dd in a dress with roses on it, then put my jeans, black top and rose print scarf.

My sister did it with my niece one day (jeans, purple top, cardy) and then I met them at a cafe in the *family uniform*. The similar hair styles didn't help the situation.
