I've had my donkey about 2 weeks ordered from babyshop and I'm in love! Pushes like a dream and turns on the spot which is the advantage of a side by side compared to an inline which have a huge turning circle. I had a MB which in terms of prams is a very smooth ride and this is even smoother.

As for babyshop they're great, I got mine in duo, no customs, cost me $1350 delivered. I think people that are getting done for customs are either adding extras to their shipment eg cup holders and extra hoods, and one lady that ddnt get extras was accidentally invoiced 2200 euros and she got charged customs. I think now people are suggesting buying in mono as they Havnt been charged customs, and paying the extra shipping for the extension set, or buying the extension set on special over here.

Thanks for that info Chumly on customs. I was going to buy extras from their but I might just get the pram and get the accessories from Aus. Glad to hear you love it too!

does anyone have any idea how much customs would cost? i had a quick google and if it goes over $1000 AU then you pay - but not sure how much it would be. trying to figure out if it's worth it.
    thanks!

Not sure of the cost but baby village has a sale on them at the moment, might be easier to order from Australia and get a warranty etc?

Customs I think is 10% and a 5% processing fee, or something along those lines. It still works out cheaper. And their warranty is worldwide, I think instead of contacting the shop you bought it from you would contact bugaboo here directly. They are obviously aware of a number of people doing this to save money. So if you bought a duo, you would have to pay upto $200 customs if they pull you up for it. I would say least 80% from Sweden are getting through without getting customs. and like I sed above the ones that have been stopped have had extras, or it was priced wrong

There is a bugaboo Facebook group, if you would like to join, there are lots of ladies on there that know all about this stuff I'm more than happy to add you or tell you where to search
