    Default Wrapping / swaddling help

When I had ds1 there was a wrapping method I used to wean him off swaddling and it was like a "bat wing" wrap where both arms were wrapped in a way that they were away from the body, on either side of the face but wrapped so they couldn't scratch or knock their face.
I need the link as I can't remember how!!
