I'm not sure, but if someone was nicknamed Coco I think I'd assume there name was maybe Charlotte?

Just go for it !! Coco is a gorgeous girl's name but to answer your question - maybe Coco would be short for Chloe ?

The Coco who is married to Ice T is called Coco short for Nicole. I like Charlotte better.

I actually love nicknames as names, you are most likely going to use the nickname more often anyway so I'd just name her Coco. I named DD Evie and everyone asks me what that is short for, Evelyn, Eve or Eva I get strange looks when I say it is short for Evie lol.

I think it's short for Chloe. Maybe because I'm a bit addicted to the Kardashians and Khloe gets called Koko lol

I'd go for a name that starts with the same 'co' sound...so along the lines of Cody, Coby and then it is just a natural nickname iykwim. charlotte and coco don't really link up in my mind.

honestly if you like Coco, i'd just do it. it's getting to be more of a common name.
