    Default Q? About mucus plug.

Does it always bloody or clear? I have had a pad on today & went to change it & found a small amount of which looked like mucus was stringy & size of a pea (little bit bigger). I never lost mucus plug with DS. Bubs has been moving kicking alot this afternoon & it did feel like she was trying to push something out at one stage (If you get what I mean). I am 33+5

Possibly your mucus plug but I believe it's bigger than a pea. Nothing to stress over though as it can regenerate

With my second labor I lost my mucous plug progressively. I noticed a tiny bit when I went to the bathroom in the morning and it continued throughout the day. Contractions started at 11pm that night.

This sounds like part of your plug, as the plug is bigger than a pea. The plug can break off in parts and regenerate wihtout labour. When all of mine finally came out pre-labour I had copious amounts of thick mucous for a couple of days - I couldnt believe how much there was!

So it could have been part of your mucus plug.
