holds 18-year-olds, who are still physiologically, psychologically and emotionally children
What a cop out. When is society going to stop passing the buck?
When I was 18 I was an adult and dutifully responsible for my actions.
    As were my peers.
I cannot believe that there are people out there still making excuses for evil people like the person who killed young Thomas.
    Shame on you.
