    Default Natural Fertility Treatments

    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has tried, and can reccomend any natural fertility treatments?

My period is very irregular and light - cycle is anywhere between 3-8 weeks and only lasts 2-3 days. I've tried using the ovulation tests, but have never had a result! I've also been tested for PCOS and got the all clear.

I have fallen pregnant a couple of months ago, but sadly it ended in a missed miscarriage. We will be trying again soon, but I just wanted to know if there was anything I could do naturally to increase my egg quality and/or quantity, to make it easier and have a better chance of success next tiem round.

Has anyone had a similar situation and tried natural therapies? How did it work for you? What did you try?

Would love to hear from anyone!

    Thanks

Thanks moomechanic! I'll look into this. It would be great to have a 28 day cycle for a change!

Thanks Chocciequeen! I have been to see a naturopath last week, and he is an accupuncturist as well. I guess I'll have to get over my fear of needles!

He had about a dozen thank you cards up on his wall from couples who he had helped to conceive and bring their little ones into the world, so I'm taking that as a good reccomendation!
