Anyway... It was my birthday and he said he got me a present. He is 7 and other than being at school he is always with me, so i know he couldnt have purchased anything. So he goes into his bedroom and comes out with a birthday card he made... And an envelope filled with his entire savings in it for me.

I told him i couldnt accept his money, that i wanted him to have it, but that it was the most beautiful gesture and i was so so proud of him. i cuddled him and cried for about 15 minutes. I know how hard that would have been for him, my baby feels selfless love for me... I have never been more proud of the person he is.
    That is just beautiful!

My five and a half year old daughter died 10 weeks ago. Over 500 people came to her funeral to celebrate her life and farewell her. It made us incredibly proud that she had touched so many lives in her short little life. I will always be so very proud of everything she did.

DD won first place at the local show.

Her teacher submitted some school work, and she was awarded a blue ribbon and $5. They had to write where their favourite place was and draw a picture. Hers included all her pets and said her favourite place was anywhere near her animals.

Wow 500 people - you must have had such a lovely little girl to have reached out to that many people. I am so sorry for your loss. I can imagine that this is a very hard time for you - I hope you get some relief soon.

I am so proud that my 17 month old DD has finally started walking and she is now choosing to walk rather than crawl as she gets so much more confident. Never before have I felt as proud as when she took her first steps.

Ds 4 shares really well with his friends and his baby sister and is really good at climbing trees. He is also getting really good at reading numbers. We went for a big walk and he got every letter box number right almost.
Dd 13 months.. I'm proud of her because she has learnt a few words even though she hasnt got much hearing, and she walked at 9 months old despite having constant glue ear and ear infections which effects balance.
