    Hi,

I use this one from taste.com CLICK. But substitute 1/2 cup of the milk with creamed corn. And add a teaspoon of mustard. I usually make them in muffin pans for mini ones and freeze for the kids for school.

    Happy cooking!

    Sam

    Oooh. I love quiche!

I make a three cheese quiche with something else added like zucchini or bacon.

Basically make a quiche as normal with pastry base. Layer your selected food with chopped bocconcini (I use aldi brand), cream cheese, pour over lightly beaten eggs and cover with pizza mix cheese! Bake about 45 to 60 minutes or until golden!

The bocconcini gives a really delicious different texture and is a favorite in my house!

    Enjoy!!!

We had quiche last night. My recipe is :
Blind bake base of short crust pastry. Put aside.
Cook chopped onion and bacon in pan and leave to cool.
Mix 3 eggs, half tub cream, handful of grated cheese and 3 cubes thawed spinach. Pour into cooled base then sprinkle onion and bacon over the top. Bake at 160 for fan forced oven until set. So...so good. Add more cheese if you want.
If your not into spinach, put sliced tomato on top instead.
