Default Was hoping for some help please?!

    Was after some help?

I am currently one day late and have been feeling some possible pregnancy symptoms. I took a test this morning which was negative, so my first question is, could it be to early to test?

Last week I suffered from bad indigestion, is this a normal early symptom? I have also been having back ache and my breasts feel sore on the sides but are not actually sore to touch!

Anyone had similar experiences in early pregnancy?

My tests after I was already late didn't really show up as positives. Also bloods didn't show up as positives but I wasn't late yet when I had those done.

My first symptoms were nausea on and off for no reason, increased sense of smell (which led to smell induced nausea!) and sore boobs, but I would get them when AF was due anyway. Do another test in a few days, and wait the full 5 mins it says to! I always thought a preg test would just show up a second line straight away and as dark as the control line. But I was wrong. I did one test and it was neg so threw it out, next day still late for AF, did another and a faint line came up after 5 mins. Rummaged through the bin and yep, the one from the day before had a light line too lol.

My first lesson as a mum-to-be - Patience is a virtue! Good luck

I would wait another couple of days and test again if af is still late, you might have ovulated later than normal.

Thanks for your replies! I'm very inpatient lol.

Normally I'm very regular, 28 day cycles so the wait and negative results are frustrating.

Have you been stressed lately? Like if you're stressing that you're pregnant? That can be a reason for your period to be late. Have you looked up any other reasons why it might be taking its time?
I waited a good week or so of being late before I even did a test. I had sore enlarged boobs and mood swings as my first symptoms... I'm only just getting backache now at 19 weeks and that's because of the weight of my belly. Everyone is different.

Don't freak out too much just yet if you're only one day late. Our bodies don't run like clockwork, we're not machines.

I hope you get the answer you are looking for hunny xoxo

P.S. What tests are you using??? I think the First Response tests are suppose to detect pregnancy as early as 5 days before your period is due. Pretty sure.

Not really stressed at all. I'm still late and up to day 31, normally I'm 28 day cycles. I'll wait to tomorrow and test again.
