    Default Terrible Bloating???

I am 26 weeks pregnant and pretty much the whole pregnancy I have had TERRIBLE bloating!! I always feel like i've just eaten a huge roast dinner and feel really uncomfortable all the time. I know bloating is a common symptom but is it normal to have it this bad and 24/7? Thankyou in advance for any advice

I have pretty bad bloating too. I find mine is worse when I eat worse I try to eat a couple of pieces of fruit a day and I feel like it helps.

Also, I was thinking of those yogurts that supposedly help with bloating and digestion issues in non-pregnant people, does anyone think they'd help???
