Well today has been very up and down, had a good breakfast then we went out and I managed to have something within my calorie range when it came time to eat when we came home I was ready to flop on the couch and watch some day time tv I started reading the recent posts and someones post gave me motivation to keep moving after I had finished DD feed, so I cleaned the house, walked to do the school pickup came back
and did 30 mins on the treadmill, rower and exercise bike all up so proud of myself for doing a proper cardio session. Updated my calorie counter and imputed what I was going to have for dinner, still had plenty of calories left for the day so I treated myself to a piece of jelly slice I made to the kids and DH the other day and a milo. DH then comes along and wants something else than what I was going to cook for dinner it ended up being double the calories of what I originally planned. So all up I went over my calorie limit by 14 calories using my extra allowance for exercising as well, now i have no calories left and about 4 hours till I go to bed, ill just keep drinking water to keep me full. so today wasn't great but it is better than some of my past eating habits. So tomorrow my aim is to exercise again and go stay under my calorie limit and to not use all the extra allowance I get through exercising. I hope you all had a pretty good day too.
