    Hi allcreatures

No loss no gain this week! Exactly the same. Struggling with exercise as v tired and feeling nauseas is limiting what I eat. I am determined to improve for next week.

I don't want to lose the plot when I am close. Yes my reward is a date night! Wow 6 months that must be amazing! Watching her grow!

    You are really close
To your goal we need to stick at it

Hope the weather improves so we can do more walking!

    :-)

    Hi Sage,

How are things going and how are you feeling with the nausea etc?

Another week has flown by and my weight today is 66.7kg which means i've now lost exactly 10kg - yay! And just 4.7kg away from my goal weight. I'm still determined to keep going until I get there. Must get there before summer!

    Default Spring Weightloss Challenge

    Hi all creatures!

Congrats. Thats awesome time for a reward with ur hubby! Something not food related.

    Hows ur little girl?

I am sitting at eight kilos but have been finding exercise and a limited diet quite hard due to MS. On the upside I haven't lost much more but haven't gained. Fingers crossed I can keep doing that. Am 8 weeks now so hoping I'll feel better soon and can start eating some more foods

    Hi Sage!

    Weigh in day again

I've lost another 900g and am now 65.8kg, woo hoo! Still another 3.8kg to go.

How are you feeling? You are doing so well. I had MS from 6 to 16 weeks and in that time I just ate and ate and ate. It was the only thing that made me feel marginally better. And icy drinks, like slurpees. If I had been a bit more careful in that time I wouldn't have had so much weight to lose now! But having said that... I'd do it all again. Whatever gets you through!

I couldn't think of a 10kg reward... am still thinking! I was thinking new clothes or something but I'd prefer to wait until I get to goal weight for that. Hmmm.

Hope all is well with you!

    Hi Sage,

Wow it's amazing how quickly weigh in day comes around again!

Today I am 65.1kg, so another 700g gone It's moving a bit slowly towards the end, but I will get there! I really should do more exercise but I'm finding it really hard with a bubba that barely sleeps during the day and not until late at night. We go for walks but that's really about it.

How have you been this week?

    Default Spring Weightloss Challenge

Hi all creatures! Again no loss no gain this week. That might be my aim for now. I haven't been able to exercise due to nausea but this week have walked twice so far! Hooray for another loss! You will be at your goal so soon! Having a bubba must be hard does ur hubby work late? Maybe you could try a exercise DVD while bubs is having a play on the floor. I have a Michelle bridges one that does 5 minute sections! I like. Am going to try doing it on the weekend!

    Hope ur well

    :-)

    Hi again Sage!

Well I'm annoyed to report that I haven't lost anything this week! Well..... I did because I weighed myself the other day and was 64.8... but today those 300g seem to have returned and I am back to 65.1 again. Nooo! I think these last 3.1kg are going to be more difficult to lose.

Again I haven't done much exercise this week as I have been soooo tired. Bubs is waking through the night a bit at the moment.

I really want to be at my goal weight by the start of summer. This was the goal I set for myself way back in July when this challenge started. So this means I only have a few weeks to shift these last 3.1kgs. Starting today I am going to be extra strict with food and really try to do more exercise, even if it is only walking I will make sure I go further and faster. I'm just so tired at the moment it's actually making me feel sick, like I'm permanently coming down with a cold that never actually takes hold. I know everybody says it to you..... but really make the most of sleep while you can! Get every extra minute available and sleep in as often as possible. What I wouldn't give right now for just one unbroken night's sleep!!!!!!

Anyway, how are things with you?

    Default Spring Weightloss Challenge

    Hi all creatures!

That's so annoying but think at least it's not a gain. The last 5 kilos are usually much harder to lose than the first however many.

No good about you not getting
Much sleep. Just remember that exercise is important but they say it's 80% diet. I have some exercise DVDs at home that I can do - Michelle bridges ones cost me $38 from big w for 3 and I love them for when I can't get out and abt.

Again no loss no gain! So happy with that. I am hoping not to put on too much weight as I still had abt 5 kilos to lose. But will see how we go. I am still exhausted but my ms has settle no vomiting this week which is awesome just nausea.

Hope ur well. You can do the last 3.1kg I know u can. :-)

    Hi Sage!

Back to a loss this week, hooray! I am now 64.3kg, so 800g down and still another 2.3 to go.

Thanks for your encouragement - I have still been a bit hopeless with exercise so will really need to step it up as I only have 2 weeks and 2 days to go until summer!! Hmmm I don't think I'm quite going to make it.

Sounds like you have a good plan at the moment, but don't be disappointed if you do put on weight - it's to be expected!

Great news that you have passed the vomiting stage! How are you feeling this week? How many weeks are you now?
