    yay everyone is doing so well and quite a few of us regularly popping in to keep up motivation

    eko congratulations!!!!!

    i agree its great not feeling like the only person in the world being deprived lol.

    so the weekend is nearly over and im pleased to say i did not cave and go crazy even though my family eat every 5 sec argh! even maintained my exercising so im feeling really pleased with myself. only negatives to report are today i felt like eating all day long. and u did eat a bit but.kept it healthy and no crazy mega binge. also a few....ok several beers though mostly worked into my calorie limit (using exercise cals ) and last night although i stayed within cals i seriously over ate at dinner cause i was hungry and it was so yum and i had allowed for it and i used to be able to eat way more than what i did. but i felt reeeeeally silly sitting there feeling so full i felt sick. ah well lesson learnt.

    Well done to everyone who has been eating well.

    I've come in with my tail between my legs. We went away (Great Ocean Rd getaway) and I've had a shocking weekend food and drink wise
    But..... I had a fantastic weekend!

    Back to it tomorrow!

    ok ill start us off
    pre-week1 - 2.0 kg. i started a week before challenge.
    week 1 - 2.3kg

    so that's a total of 4.3kg in 2 weeks im pretty happy with that.

    Congrats grumpysmurf that's a fantastic result

    Well week 1 was a bit of a challenge although towards the end it was better. Have made my portions smaller and this week am going to try my hand at clean eating.

    I accidentally weighed in a day early yesterday and today I am the same, so a 1.7kg loss. Will be thrilled if I can keep it up

    I had a blow out yesterday afternoon DH and I went to the movies and out to dinner I tried to make reasonably good choices but I still had some naughty things didn't even bother counting my calories yesterday don't really want to know how high it was. Oh well back on track today. For weigh in today I have lost 1kg now 70 exactly pretty happy with that considering I could up my effort in the exercise department - that's my goal for this week!
