Default When did you belly drop...if it did?

It looks likemy belly dropped and it seems like baby is moving in my flower some times. The bottom part of my feels very heavy..if that is a way to explain it and stiff and sore.

Anyway i was wondering if anyone noticed their bellies drop, and how long before birth this happened? Does it mean anything significant?

I tried to google it but I am now even more confused

Mine started to drop at about 37 weeks, I was induced the next week due to high blood pressure so can't comment on how long before I went into labour.

Mine still hasnt dropped as such, its certainly much bigger than it was and not as round and high. However, at 38 1/2 weeks i cant say its actually dropped. I look like i have a huge ball up my top! The bubs head is well and truly engaged so im not expecting for the bump to get any lower.

Still getting heart burn and still cant breathe.

Mine never did. The day I went into labour people were still commenting in how high I was carrying!

Thanks for posting this. I was curious also. Mine dropped last week at 34 weeks... Seems early to me.

I dropped at 36 weeks - I only noticed because I was able to eat a three course meal for the first time in months. DS was born two weeks later.

First babies often engage earlier than subsequent babies.

I don't remember mine ever dropping, I reckon it was because DS was always quite low and towards the back ( I never had pressure on my bladder)

I first thought maybe she just changed position but she is still in the same position, posterior and head down. Belly is now suddenly drooping, and everything is happening very low down. I even feel her hoccups in my vagina, when i cough i pee myself (TMI), and when i get up or cough it feels like something wants to fall out. I cant remeber this feeling with my other 2.
