Every week DS spends 1 or 2 nights with a grandma. We usually do date night and a sleep in.

My parents have DD overnight probably once a fortnight/month. Usually it's when DH and I have a friends birthday/dinner/etc to go to so we don't get to spend the time alone unfortunately - it is so nice to get out with just adults though!! We are aiming to go away this weekend for 2 nights - If DD stays healthy (rare after two days at daycare) then my parents will take her. First weekend away since she was born over two years ago! I can't wait!!!!

Maybe once every 6 weeks or so. DD will stay with my mum or MIL & FIL for an arvo or an evening if we're going to a concert or something.

    Not often.

When I do ask Mum to babysit it's usually so I can go out somewhere, and DP can have a break of his own too (so he doesn't have to watch DD while I go out). It's not usually a break we enjoy together.

DD is my parents only grandchild so they are literally ringing me every week telling us to "go out, have a break" haha. We hate being away from DD but we do try and get a movie or dinner in maybe once a fornight? Maybe once every 2 months DD will have a sleepover and we'll make a night of it.

We find on the nights where she sleeps over though, once we're home from whatever it is we're doing, we always end up saying "I wish DD was here" haha we're bad at being away from her.
