Question 80s Theme Hens Party...what to wear?!

    Hey all!
My best friends hens party is coming up at the start of August, I am one of the brides maid.
Well she has requested that her theme be an 80s theme.
The night is starting off with a pole dancing class, then dinner and a male stripper...afterwards we are going out clubbing.
I don't drink or enjoy clubbing anymore (strange for a 22yo hey lol did WAY too much of it back in the day though!!) so it's going to be a loooong night for me....but anything for my best friend!

Anyway, I desperately need suggestions for an outfit that suits the 80s theme but is also suitable for clubbing.
ALL suggestions welcome Ideas for shoes, dresses, hairstyle, which shops to buy from etc.

    Thank you!!!

P.s I dont want to look too 'out there', I want to relatively normal as we are going to the Gold Coast...and I am rather self conscious....and with no alcohol I will be fully aware of all the stares we will be getting

80's Madonna is always a good option! Big hair, long necklaces, she even did the bride costume at one stage!

If I were to go to an 80's party I'd probably do acid wash jeans with tears, a big leather jacket, similar to Catherine Zeta Jones' character Charlie in High Fidelity.

Ohhh another one is Uma Thurmans character from Pulp Fiction

Raa raa skirt, a top that falls off one shoulder and a denim jacket, fingerless lace gloves and lots of bangles and/or chains. Either white court shoes (with flouro socks if you want to go that far) or even better, converse gym boots. You can have so much fun with the 80's.
Some movies to watch for inspiration
Breakfast club, Pretty in Pink, Sixteen Candles (anything with Molly Ringwald basically!
    Ferris Buellers Day Off
    Say Anything
    Risky Business
    Dream a Little Dream
so many others...it will be a culturally enriching experience

Or, just watch the Weddin gSinger. If you don't want to be too out there, anything that Drew Barrymore wore in that movie would be great because they made her 80's, but timeless too.
