    Yep, had forceps and an episiotomy. But I didn't tear at all which was great cause I had a 3rd degree tear first time (didn't have forceps that time).

    Yep - but I also tore internally, I don't think you can cut there

    Nope, but only had minimal tearing. Was an awful experience though, are you asking because you think you are likely to have a forceps delivery?

    Yes I had an episiotomy and internal tearing as well. She had to be rotated as well as helped out.

    I did, and got a bad 2nd degree tear too. Not my ideal of what I wanted for a delivery, but I had a very long second stage and the baby was not coming out any other way without assistance!

    I didn't feel/notice either the episiotomy or the tear at the time with everything that was going on. My midwife told me that area is designed to heal really quickly, I was really really sore for a few days but felt pretty much back to normal about a week later.
