    Hi ,

I was on cypramil (sp?) for a year or so and didn't have any troubles with it (besides the freaky dreams ). When I was given that one my GP said it may take trying a few different ones to find the one the suited me the best with the least horrid side effects. I was just lucky it was my first one to try that worked for me.

    Best of luck.

    Sam

Not from my experience no. If you tell your doctor you are concerned about your weight they can suggest something that suits you that won't increase your chances of putting on weight.

Nope Ive had fluexatine (sp) which is another form of prozac. They give it to anorexics in hospitals to help with their recovery. I was on it 12 mnths and actually lost weight in the first 3 mths from side affects lol!

Im on Lexapro and the dr said they can make you put on weight. Like other posters have said it reacts to everyone differently. I wish I was on one that helped me lose weight. I'm overweight and the thought of getting any bigger terrifies me!
