Get a netti pot or Neil med, similar thing to the fess but clears the sinus out SOOOO much better! Also if your trying to get rid of an infection up the PRO biotics and cut back to no sugar! Apple cider vinegar is really good at fighting the infection too. When I had several infections a whole back I went to a Acupuncturist who cleared my sinuses so well!! It really worked.

How much apple cider vinegar where you taking? I've heard of this but never tried it, I think it was half a teaspoon in water?

I'll find out for you, I saw a great article on it. You'd need a fairly high dose. Try get into an Acupuncturist tomorrow, seriously it was heaven after seeing the guy when I had an infection for over 6m

Great article here, also drinking straight freshly squeezed lemon juice works SO quickly at loosening up mucus!

Thanks Shinebrite, this is great. Have had a quick scan and will have a go later on today.
ACV is also great to help with digestion so this is going to be a good thing!
    Thanks a bunch

I actually have a sinus infection at the moment and I have found that my son's vaporizer is helping. I have had that on for the past couple of nights and things have improved a lot! Also for the pain I have just taken panadol if needed.
