    Default Maybe a silly question...

Why is my 3 year old getting sick ALL the time?
For the past few weeks she has been sick all the time. Not just with a simple cold but viruses with temps. She goes to daycare two days a week and everybody keeps telling me that it's from daycare. My husband mentioned to night that maybe we should change her diet even though she has a varied diet and takes a good multivitamin daily.
Is everybody else's kids sick constantly? Maybe I should take her to our gp and ask him to investigate?
    Thoughts?

How long has she been in daycare for? Usually the first 6-12 months are the hardest sickness wise as they catch every single bug going around.

This. At first we were sick all the time.

When we did the daycare thing, after about 18mths it was rare to get sick. Now at 5yrs old, still very rare to get sick but now we are all sick with a cold which is the first in quite some time.

DS was always sick the first year he started daycare. DD was often sick in her first year of life as she kept getting all the bugs that DS had managed to fight off but her immunity to his daycare wasn't as good. Once she started she hardly got sick thanks to DS I think.
