    Thanks Atropos. She is only 6.5 months old so is it likely they'd allow unsupervised visits? Also he is moving this weekend and I don't know the address so how would he get notified of the mediation? Also, if he declined mediation would it be worth going to court given he doesn't see her often?

    Sounds like my ex.. wouldn't get pass his hatred/bitterness for me to see his kids. I tried to organise visitation through a contact centre, where it would still be fully supervised but he wouldn't have to see me. He never put in an application though (both parents have to put one in) perhaps that would be an option for you?
    If you discuss all this with the mediators they will help you sort it all out.
