Default Was anyone told the incorrect gender of their child during pregnancy?

I am just wondering if this actually happens to anyone directly, I have hear a friend of a friend stories, but just wondering about 1st hand experience.

We have been told we have a little boy and I believe he is but I sometimes think what he is really a she?

My dd was a boy even at the scan 24 hours before her birth. When she was born I told them it wasn't mine lol.

Not myself but I know 3 people who were told the incorrect gender. All 3 were told girl when they were actually boys.

I remember them telling me that it was very hard to mistake a boy if they got a clear view of the genitals, but easier to say girl when actually a boy.

For both pregnancies, we knew it was a boy before the sonographer told us as both of them had their legs open and genitals very clearly displayed, so I would be shocked if a girl comes out this time.

Yep, we were told ds2 was a girl at our 20 week scan by 2 different sonographers. So for 3 months we referred to my bump as our princess. But I just kept feeling that I was carrying another boy. DF kept saying no, they don't get it wrong. This feeling just grew stronger and at 32 weeks we had a 3d scan where it was revealed that I was right!!
