    Default What is everyone feeding their 7mths Olds??

    Meal ideas? What can be introduced at this age?

    Everything can be introduced at this age! Don't be afraid to try eggs, fish, meat, chicken etc and don't be afraid to add garlic, ginger, herbs , spices etc it's a myth babies need boring bland food! ( if you have a history of any allergies talk to your Dr first) we did BLW so DS was eating everything we were by 8 months

    DD is 9 months tomorrow and she pretty much has everything we have unless I think it's too salty/sugary. Oh and honey, we don't give her that either

    Snack wise, mountain bread with homemade dip, cheese, fruit, cucumber sticks, cruskits with avo, muffins, pikelets, rice crackers.

    Oh for some reason I thought the topic said 8 months.

    At 7 we were doing smaller portions of our meals and I'd just modify j to finger slices. Some faves were spaghetti bolognaise, meatballs, steak and veggies, vermicelli noodles and stirfry.
