    Yay that's awesome, what do u plan on doing there? Do u enjoy classes etc? I plan on joining one too just trying to find one I'll be happy with. Good for you

    can I join?

    bub is only a week old and I.had a csection so I wont be starting Any excersise till I feel a bit better.

    I have 3 children, before I fell pregnant with my first I think I weighed around 70kg, I now have 3 under 3 and am weighing around 95-97kg. I would like to lose around 30-40kg!!

    I will weigh my self and take measurements in the morning

    Welcome std hehe - hope your feeling over and the kids haven't jumped on your belly again!!

    It's amazing just by eating clean that you can drop weight, u will need all the rest you can get ATM, you should take advantage of it.

    Lol that would def help, weigh in tomorrow. Eekk. I've done so well all week but we had our 'cheat' meal last night so hopefully the scales play nice.

    Ok so jumped on the scales this morning and my current weight is .....

    86 (2.5kgs lighter) yay
    43.7% fat
    31.9 BMI

    How has everyone else gone the last week?

    sorry Lou, I missed weigh In but since I've had bub I'be obviously lost a few kilos, I currently weigh in at 91kg so 10kg down since birth
