Count me in. I have about 15kg to lose. I currently weigh 82kg. My first goal is 75kg as that will be 10% of my body weight since I started trying to lose weight. I was doing clean eating but then had an operation and stage four endo removed and my uterus and stomach separated. I had no appetite for about a week and now have just gone back to whatever is easy not what's healthy ( ie. rice bubbles for breakfast). My downfall is exercise. I start with the best intentions but never follow through in exercise. My gym membership is about to expire and I won't be renewing it because it's a waste of money as I use it do sporadically. My goal would be to go walking every second day for 45 mins. This is realistically an achievable goal I can keep up long term as long as I stop making excuses.
