Default Potato bake in slow cooker?

Can you make potato bake in slow cooker? Do you put same volume of cream milk etc as when doing in oven?

I haven't tried it, but I do remember reading in a thread on here that you can't put cream or yoghurt in a slow cooker. If it did work though it would be so awesome!!!

So do you make it the same way as you would in an oven? I have a huge slow cooker (about 6L) and it says to cook the minimum liquid/filling is half, would that work for a potato bake?

I don't know but perhaps you could put all the ingredients in (potato, bacon, onion, whatever) and cover with vegetable stock. Then an hour out from finish put cream in.
