Default Over it tonight!! Anyone else?

Today is only day 2 of 10 and already I'm over it! Dd wouldn't sleep and while I was battling with her, the dog did a poo AND a wee on the kitchen floor!!! So I finally get dd to sleep and see the poo but not the wee and step right in it so while I'm cleaning up the dog mess, dd gets out of bed for the 25th time tells me she wants to do drawing and then runs into the kitchen and steps in the disinfectant I'm using to clean the mess up. And she was wearing socks so that's more washing!

Then dh tells me he can't get my birthday off so for the second year in a row I'll spend my birthday alone.
    Over . It. Tonight!!!!
I realise my problems are trivial... Just needed a vent!!!

    Days like that suck.
I remember a few months ago I'd just managed to get the baby to sleep only to walk into the kitchen to find DD2 had climbed onto the kitchen bench, taken her nappy off and had poo and wee smeared all over it. All I remember was it was one of those days where nothing was going right, kids were still awake at 9pm and I had a smelly disgusting mess to clean up, made 10 times longer by the fact I must have disinfected the bench a million times.

    Me!

DP rang to ask me how I felt about him booking in for his new tattoo in february...

How I feel is like cr@p. It will take him no time at all to save the $1000 it will cost and will have it booked tomorrow no doubt.

But asking his girlfriend/children's mother/housewife to marry him? B!#@^ please! That isn't important.

All I want, is the same last name as my babies. So I told him to get the tattoo. But I will need him to sign the forms to hyphenate the kids surname... ha!

Suck on that! I already feel crap about myself due to my awesome (read @r$ehat) uncle telling me to make sure I don't tteat dp like a meal ticket... (that's a whole other story)

So forgive me if I don't want to hear about your excitement and what not about this tattoo.
