Hair on my chinny chin chin!

I have noticed I have fine downy light colored hairs all over my chin and cheeks. Its very noticeable if i have light behind me as the fluff glows!
Will waxing help with this? Anyone else used something effective?
What would happen if i started using hormonal contraceptives will it get better or worse?!!

well i bleach my facial hair. i get lots of hair on my cheeks. when they get worse, i wax them and after two weeks i bleach them again. hope that helps.
