My lot love sausage strogganoff. You can boil the snags first instead of frying them to make them a bit healthier.
We also do snags on stick. We have bacon and mushroom and capsicum and tomato and let the kids choose what they want and thread them onto sticks and fry.

We love the sausage casserole recipe of the CWA cookbook and this is a good frittata recipe: http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/23704/sausage+frittata

You can get a few meal bases for sausages for the slow cooker - tomato and onion sausages, sausage casserole etc. So easy and yummy.

Check out www.bestrecipes.com.au - great, easy recipes. Type in sausages and heaps come up. I have tried a few, and they are all good.

Jamie Oliver's cherry tomato sausage bake, very simple to make and tastes oh so good! Best sausage dish I've had.

I call this one 'Povvo pie' because it's so cheap and basic, but my god if it isn't tasty! I always add heaps more veggies but my family loves it:
