    Your LO sounds exactly like mine. Like you, I said really a a year long cold!! I got sent to see a respiratory specialist. And we had already had adenoids and grommets done. So I would suggest go straight to the Chiro. Easy and cheap first step. Go see the ENT as they too can do wonders. But also see a respiratory specialist. There are some great nasal sprays that can help. Feel free to message me for more detail as you sound exactly like me. Good luck.

    Cut dairy out of your diet and hers for 2 weeks and see if it makes a difference. Dairy often causes nasal congestion and ear aches. Gluten can too but I'd trial dairy first.
    If I consume too much dairy I get nasal congestion as does my sister. A friend of mine's little girl had nasal congestion for the first 2 years of her life. I suggested she take her off dairy...she switched her to A2 milk first and her nose cleared up just from that change.
    I also second seeing a chiro...actually I suggest seeing an osteopath but if she's out of alignment it could be making things worse.
