Default Question about 3rd baby transverse after 2 breech babies...

Hi, I'm 36 weeks pregnant with no.3 baby. I've previously had 2 breech babies, both c sections. This 3rd baby is currently transverse and has been for 3 weeks now. The other 2 were breech at this stage and stayed that way. I had an ultrasound this to confirm everything is fine with baby (which it is) just that it is transverse. I'm booked in for a c section in 3 weeks anyway, but was just wondering this: ...do they still do the cesaerean the same way as the last two?? Or is it a different incision??
